Ancient yogic wisdom combined with modern anatomy and movement science to create safe, intelligent, and transformative yoga practice.
To make science-informed yoga accessible to every body in Cumming — building strength, mobility, and stillness that lasts well beyond the studio.
A community where ancient practice and modern movement science are not in tension, but in conversation — where every student leaves a little more at home in their own body.
Every class is taught by someone who has lived this practice since childhood — not just studied it from a manual.

A week of movement, games, and mindfulness for kids — building the same balance and focus as regular Kids Yoga, in a fun camp format.
A slower, longer-form session focused on deep stretching, breathwork, and stillness — a reset for the nervous system.

The things most new students ask before they ever step on the mat.
Start with Hatha Yoga. It's an All Levels class focused on foundational postures, alignment, and breath, so you'll build a sustainable base before moving on to faster-paced Vinyasa Flow. Arrive 10 minutes early and let Mounika know it's your first class.
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move and breathe in. Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a small towel. Mats are available to borrow if you don't have one yet.
Yes — most students with injuries can practice safely. Tell Mounika about your injury or condition before class so she can offer modifications and props. For recent surgeries, acute injuries, or serious medical conditions, get clearance from your doctor first, and consider a private session before joining a group class.
Yes — our Prenatal Yoga class is designed for every trimester, with safe, supportive movement and breathwork tailored to a changing body. Confirm with your OB or midwife before starting, especially in the first trimester or with a high-risk pregnancy.
Create a free account, then choose your program and package on the Packages page — including your one free trial class. You'll get a short form to tell us what you're looking for, and we'll follow up by email with your schedule and payment details.
Yes — a free account is required before booking. It's how we keep your chosen program, package, and free trial status connected to you, and it takes about 30 seconds.
It depends on the program. Kids Yoga is offered in-person only, Mon–Thu at 5:00 PM. Adults Yoga is in-person, Mon–Thu at 6:00 PM. Online Adults runs daily at 7:00 AM EST. Prenatal, Private Sessions, and Healthy Aging are scheduled based on availability.
Select Private Session (or your program of choice) during booking and use the date and time picker to tell us your preferred slot — we'll confirm availability by email.

Why knowing what's actually happening in your joints and fascia makes every pose safer — and more effective.
Flexibility fades. A trained breath stays with you for life. Here's why Mounika teaches breath first.
